I’m Dave. I’ve been baking bread and working in the service industry my entire adult life. All of that culminated in moving to Taunton 3 years ago and baking for wholesale customers from my home kitchen. Then, 2 years ago I decided to open a shop. Right at the end of the pandemic. It was clear to me that people in Taunton wanted good bread baked and served by an experienced and caring hand. I’ve pulled all of my knowledge from years baking bread and pastries to create this experience for you. I hope you like it!
This is Liberty. She grew up in Taunton and has also spent a lot of time in the service industry so you’re always in good experienced hands when you come to the shop. She’s both prettier and funnier than me. A year ago we got really busy so Libs decided to join the team full time, making this the family business we’d always dreamed of having.
